Was informed that the vegi burgers are fried in the same fryer as the fries. The vegi burgers contain wheat which now makes the fries NOT gluten free. I was I formed my only options here is a burger without a bun or a salad. :(
The cashier did make an effort to look through their allergy menu. The cook came to see what she was looking for and he stated that "we don't have time for that healthy stuff". Also noticed that the buns are toasted on the same grill as the burgers. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone with celiac disease.
They understood what a gluten allergy is. Only meat is cooked on griddle no bread. Dedicated fryer for French fries! No gluten free buns but they wrap it in lettuce!
Not gluten free!! Went to order fries and they use the same fryer for veggie burger which has wheat in it, I made them get the ingredients for me! The place was not that busy but they all seemed not to have a clue. I blame management for that!!
went there as they were on this site, when I asked server about gluten free options they looked at me like I had 2 heads and went huh. Then. they asked the cook about it and they said no we don' t have anything Needless to say did not stay very dissapointed they are on your site. 01 free except maybe milk shakes.
Tiny little burger, cold fries, long wait. The young man working there was extremely friendly and helpful and terribly overworked - he appeared to be the only person working the front. I wanted this place to work out, but the burgers were so tiny you'd need a triple to equal a fast food burger single.
There is a dedicated fryer for fries and amazing house made chips. The owner is knowledgeable and takes all allergies seriously. I was delighted to be talked through the procedures for keeping things clean. This is an old fashioned style hamburger and hotdog joint with pride in using uncomplicated, wholesome ingredients. The buns are Udi's. The menu features calorie counts. Sauces are homemade and the chipotle mayo rocks!
Love it here. they are very careful about cross-contamination. They do need help with the "lettuce wrap" concept--I just get burger on a plate when I ask for a lettuce wrap, but hey, I do get lettuce to the side, so I chop it all up and bam! Burger salad. Burgers and fries are awesome. I have never gotten sick here, and go about twice a month. Usually served within a reasonable wait--5-10 minutes or so. Place is clean. I have CD, so rating it from a very sensitive belly.
Staff is very friendly and willing to work with you. They had no qualms with cleaning off the grill area for me and I saw them making everything is a separate tray. This is a chain and they do have an allergen menu on their website which helps tremendously.
great food but disappointed when making an order for take out and only one of my Burgers was made correctly in a lettuce wrap. the other was just a plain burger in a box..should've checked but none the less disappointed. they told me they'd refund me for the lettuce.... not sure what that means.
This place does not have any gluten free options or a dedicated frier, and we were told they were supposed to, but the menu never arrived. At first I was annoyed since they came up on this site, but the staff was more than happy to help me and provided me with a lettuce wrap. My burger was delicious and I had a great experience. The only reason I'm not giving it a give is because it does not have what is advertised.
They have a dedicated fryer for their chips. I've eaten their chips, Double Bacon Burger without the bun and a chocolate milkshake and had no trouble and I'm highly reactive to gluten. If they would have had glutenfree buns I would have given them 5 stars. The staff is very friendly also.
They don't have a specific gf menu, however they can do the burgers without buns or wrapped in lettuce. They are careful with cross contamination and have a dedicated fryer for the fries. They are always very helpful at this location and I've never gotten sick.
