The only gluten is in the hot food items, which are cooked in a separate area. If you tell them you have a gluten allergy, they'll check with you to make sure the smoothie prep process is safe for you. All smoothies are GF. I think the Boosts have gluten, but I confirmed that they're stored separately and aren't touched with any shared cookware.
I have been 5 times in the past few weeks and haven't been glutened.

They say to notify them of allergies but they take ZERO precautions when making the drink. NOT SAFE

Most everything on the menu is gluten free, they made my smoothie in less than 3 minutes and were very friendly.

Standard Jamba juice - nothing on the menu is labeled for GF. They do have fruit, and some packaged snacks that are certified GF.
They do have an "allergy blender" in the back that they can use. I don't know how much this reduces cross-contamination but seems like it's better than nothing?
There are minimal GF options are JFK T5 so hopefully this helps someone.
