All the pasta dishes can come as gf and various other dishes are listed as gf also. Nice place for lunch if shopping at the Oracle.

When I asked the waiter if the gf pasta was cooked in separate water he said no is that an issue, after I told him yes definitely he went and asked the kitchen who said they actually cook it in a separate pan. Not sure if they would have if I didn’t ask but otherwise it was a good meal and didn’t get sick so if you go just let them know you’re coeliac.

I called in advance to speak to the manager, who seemed knowledgeable. He recommended salads or pasta from their gluten-free menu as least risky, since they can be made separately. Their pizza is baked in the same oven as the other pizzas (not on a separate tray), so there is a risk of gluten-containing flour settling on your pizza. I had the impression that the waiting staff didn't take my requests and questions very seriously when I arrived, but didn't have any issues after the meal there. Note that the vegetarian selection on the gluten-free menu is limited (at least without the pizzas).

Disclosure: only had breakfast in this restaurant as it is part of the Hilton hotel. Very disappointing breakfast with no gluten free options available.Asked for gluten free bread and was told they only had pizza bases available? (!) Not to mention the staff member when asked laughed when I mentioned I had an allergy. Given the money we had spent on a night at the Hilton this really let the hotel down. Next time I would recommend going across the road to Leon and having breakfast there.

This is Jamie Oliver's Italian chain. They have GF pasta and can make many other dishes GF. I didn't see a dedicated menu or allergen list, but the waitress has some GF knowledge and checks with the kitchen on requested dishes. The manager came and spoke with me personally to explain things and answer some questions. I had a GF pasta dish, my wife had a vegetarian dish plus we shared an appetizer. For dessert we had a piece of polenta cake with yogurt and raspberry sauce. Everything was very good.
