Ate here for first and last time. Had to ask several times for a gluten free menu - they brought out a crossed out one for the main menu - we were there on a Sunday so had to ask again for a gluten free Tapas Tasting menu - when I finally got it it indicated the papa frita was gluten free. When I saw it brought to the couple next to us, I asked our waiter if it was fried in a common fryer which he confirmed and said there “may” be cross contamination. I asked for a substitution and he refused saying there are no substitutions on the tapas menu. With each course, the wait staff said it was gluten free - except that I found several croutons in one of the salads. They did replace it but shattered my confidence. It’s a shame because they are affiliated with Lolita’s (across the street and 100% gluten free). I left eating very little of our 8 courses. I do not recommend Jamonera for Celiacs.

Went to this place after seeing previous reviews. Staff brought out a standard menu that was marked up to show what was gf. Staff understood cross contamination and was careful with me. It’s a small plates place so do not eat the shared plate that was not ordered as gf. Food was really good and I returned the following night for another dinner. Bartender was knowledgeable too and I had another great meal.

Several GF options, and the staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. Not super kid-friendly, but our little ones loved the vegetable paella and Spanish short ribs. We'll be back when they're a little older.

Waiter was very knowledgable about cross contamination and took very good care of me after he found out I was a celiac. He double checked everything in my order with the chef to make sure it was GF and would remain that way through cooking process. I couldn't have anything out of the fryer or off the grill which limited my options, but what I could have tasted amazing. I left very full with a happy tummy and no reaction! Highly recommend!

Loved it. Not only did the chef circle all of the gf choices, but our waiter was fabulous and very knowledgeable. The papas Fritas are usually a great gf choice, but he wasn't sure if the frier had been used earlier with a potentially nongf item. He checked with the chef and advised that he couldn't confirm that it would be safe, and apologized. I so appreciated the honesty and helping to keep my food safe. Plenty of other things to choose from. We had 2 apps, shared the seafood paella, and had a couple drinks. Everything was awesome.

Love this place. Small, cosy, but fun lively atmosphere. Very GF aware and had no issues with my other allergies! Food was great, good portions. Recommend reservations, but we got in without.

Fantastic food and service with several gluten-free menu options! I had the papa frita appetizer, grilled pulpo (octopus) followed by a refreshing and fragrant cucumber and mint sorbet. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about all types of food allergies. Looking forward to dining here again!
