Just ordered my pizza; so, I haven't tried it, yet. But, I'm excited that they offer gluten free crust and fresh ingredients. The owner is allergic to wheat and understands reactions to food. Update - pizza was awesome! Owner is so sensitive to wheat that the regular dough has to be made in a separate area before she arrives. Only gluten free flour is used to toss the dough so there is no wheat flour floating around when the gluten free pizzas are made. The gluten free pizza dough comes in frozen. However, the ingredients are fresh and I thoroughly enjoyed my pizza. I'm so glad to find a pizza place in Gulf Shores that understands gluten free!
