It was good, quick, and they are very knowledgeable about Celiac. If you ask they will give you a marked up menu labeling things GF. Super sweet and helpful.

I love Japon. Every time I've ordered, the staff is friendly, well-informed, and very willing to accommodate me. The food is yummy and super reasonably priced! Such a good find.

Staff is SO nice and knowledgeable about what’s GF. They have vegetarian options. I had a veggie bowl, and it was light and crisp. Love this place!

THE BEST!!!! Very knowledgeable on GF. Fresh, fast, and healthy. GF Chicken teriyaki and spicy tuna roll with GF soy sauce; my favorite! Staff is amazingly sweet, we go here often.

Literally the best sushi/teriyaki spot in the area! We eat here once a week at least and have never been sick! The owner is so sweet and knowledgeable and always offers GF tamari sauce! Highly recommend this restaurant!

Website states most gluten free. On the phone, the person was very knowledgeable and knew about cross contamination in the fryer. We ordered some sushi and soup and one of the rolls wasn’t gluten free so they called and let us know and kindly switched to one that was safe. Everything was great and no reaction to be had. I will definitely return.
