We ordered Schnitzel with Fries as main course. As starter we had Ragout Fin and a clear soup with eggs (Eierstichflockensuppe). They have a wide variation of Schnitzel. In the menu there are no allergens noted but the staff knows which meals are possible to get gluten free. They didn't know that smarties ate usually not gluten-free but they were well aware that no waffles are allowed in the ice cream. It will be easier if you make a reservation beforehand. ------ Es gibt verschiedene leckere glutenfreie Schnitzelvariationen sowie gf Suppe, Salat und Ragout Fin (allerdings ohne worcester sauce und Brot). Die Chefin schien Ahnung zu haben, war aber selbst nicht betroffen. Man freut sich, wenn man gleich Reservierung Bescheid weiß, dass gf benötigt wird. Auf der Karte ist nichts speziell deklariert - einfach fragen und beraten lassen! Einziges Manko: es war nicht bekannt, dass smarties i.d.R. glutenhaltig sind, aber sonst war es selbstverständlich, dass z.B. kein Waffel ins Eis gehört und die Pommes separat frittiert werden

We usually call beforehand when we want something that has to be prepared separately (like Schnitzel). I never had a dish that they couldn’t make gluten free and didn’t taste good

They really care about making sure that everything is gluten free and make it possible, especially if you call beforehand. We go there regularly and are not the only celiac customers there
