Menu changed recently and gluten free got changed to gluten sensitive. There are currently no sandwich marked as gluten sensitive, only salads. They do offer Udi's bread though.

Fabulous sandwiches!! All food items were wrapped so not to be contaminated. I WILL be back!!

They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.

The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!
