I have a family of 7, 5 of which are on the GF diet for health reasons (not celiac), but when we mentioned GF, they did there best to avoid contamination. It was quite crowded (lunch time on a Sunday) and I'd recommend coming at a less busy time to really avoid cross-contamination. My oldest son and mom really enjoyed the gluten-free bread and my daughter loved the GF chicken nuggets (cornmeal). My other son had a humungous potato (he ate about half of it). I really liked the salad bar (one of my only options as I'm on a extremely restricted diet). It also has wonderful prices, which for a family of 7 we tend to spend upwards of $70 and this was about $55 which was great! Can't wait to go back.

I have never gotten sick from eating here & they have always been very careful to label my food but I do not recommend watching your sandwich be made, it will scare you! Appears to be many opportunities for cross contamination but so far & I eat here often I have always been ok. I am VERY sensitive so they must be doing something right.
They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.

The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!
