Some of the employees here need sensitivity training for people who are gluten intolerant. I asked for a Italian dressing when I ordered my pre-made salad. I don't eat off the salad bar b/c people often drop things while serving themselves. The woman who delivered my salad told me to get my dressing off the salad bar. I told her I didn't want things off the salad bar b/c people drop food in it. She then told me I needed to go get it and I should eat crackers!!! I'm hoping she is just completely unaware of what it means to be gluten intolerant - if not that was unusually cruel. I then had to go up to the front myself and ask for dressing from the bottle and this employee followed me up while laughing at me. She proceeded to speak Spanish regarding me to the other employees. I was eventually able to get a very nice lady to help me but this one employee was very rude. I hope she just doesn't know what gluten intolerance is.
So easy to eat gf here. Lots of choices and they're all delicious.
They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.

The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!
