When I order something gluten free they ask if I have a medical condition requiring g free. When I tell them yes I have celiac they take extra precautions.

I stick to the salad bar minus the trail mix and seeds/nuts because they are so close to the muffins and I've seen croutons in the seeds and nuts containers before. My son gets the gf chicken nuggets but be aware if you get a sandwich on gf bread they toast it in the same toaster as the regular bread! Don't toast your gf sandwich if you're celiac or gluten sensitive! I love all the options they have though, the soups are always delicious!

Ruben sandwich! Yum! They tell you that cross-contamination can occur so that's your call. But they try to take care of you!

I love the manager's special which includes a half sandwich (mine is GF of course), soup and chips. Extensive GF menu and all GF sandwiches are made on Udi's GF bread.

I've gotten GF sandwiches often with no issues. Have to remind them but able to eat there with no issues.

I ordered the chicken sandwich, which I was told was GF, and had GF bread. I got pretty bad cross contamination. ☹ so, I would not consider it safe.

Technically you can find GF food here, but ordering online doesn’t allow for things like leaving off croutons. At least at the locations I’ve had access too. The food is meh.

Didn’t poison me but was literally a sandwich with meat and cheese because all the other toppings are cross contaminated ???

the sandwiches are so good!!! I have celiac and did not get sick and I keep wanting to go back! They ask if it is an allergy and take precautions. Although it's not dedicated gf I recommend to any celiac that can handle a little tiny fracture of gluten. But definitely don't go if you react supper easy. Also they flag there food as gf.
