They specify that NOTHING is safe for people with celiac disease. For whatever reason they don't know how to avoid cross contamination yet they say they change their gloves... I had the sandwich with gluten free bread and was fine, it was great actually, and fruit doesn't seem dangerous so that was good too. You can have a safe lunch here just be adamant about them keeping covered.
Got food poisoning here (not just glutened). They denied, denied, denied. Avoid!!
They have a good set of choices for gluten free eating. We learned that they need to mark it at the register. You will see on your receipt that it was marked. They wash their hands and change gloves as well as have a separate prep area for gluten free dishes. My salad came in a separate, covered container with a sticker on it. I did not get sick and am sensitive to cross contamination.
friendly, knowledgeable staff. its my go to restaurant for gf eating.
Delicious salad bar. A little pricey just for lunch, but good fresh ingredients.
Great food! Could work on employee attitude though
We have eaten at Jason’s Deli successfully TWICE! The staff was very friendly & helpful. GF items are clearly marked on the menu AND there are a lot of options! As we were ordering, the employees got wind of a GF order coming, and one person (the one that would be preparing our food) started taking his gloves off, washing his hands, pulling out clean utensils & put on a new pair of gloves. The food was prepped on a stainless steel bar (not the regular deli bar) Even though the one employee was clearly ready for our order, the gentleman at the register STILL flagged our ticket as “GF take precaution”. The employee that prepared our food was the one that delivered it to our table. THANK YOU!! Now, having said all of that… the salad bar looks SO TEMPTING but we have never pushed our luck. Today, we seen a customer filling a to-go container (to the brim) & she was walking all over - back & forth adding to the salad with croutons & other gluten containing ingredients already on top of her salad. The tongs were touching them as she was adding items she had already passed up - 3 times. I would stay away from that. If you want a salad, they can make you a delicious one!

Have ordered numerous times both online and in person. Large selection and and customizable sandwiches. Never had any problems. My orders are always marked with a gluten free sticker. But if you are celiac, I would have concerns about some cross-contamination.

I was at a conference, and what they were serving was not gluten-free for lunch. I was able to make a quick order to Jason’s and just swing by and pick it up. Easy and safe gluten free food! They need to pick up super easy where we just called the number when we pulled up. I was back to the conference before anyone even realized we were gone.
