I had my first ever Jason's turkey sandwich on gf bread. It was at an event at my church, so I didn't see how it was prepared. However, I read they have a dedicated area for gf preparations. The bread was moist and flavourful, and there was ample meat on the sandwich. Bonus...there was a sealed Udi's cookie. It was a very nice surprise for me as I expected to sit out lunch while everyone else ate (as usual).

Decent (and aside from gluten, I've always loved this place) but their menu clearly states that it's not for those with celiac disease.
Great gluten-free menu with lots if choices. Good gf bread.
They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.

The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!
