Most of the time they are great however one time they gave me a pizza which wasn’t gluten free (they don’t make them) and told me it was, they put the sticker and separate packaging so I thought it was.

Cross contamination from lack of training and not paying attention. Also not aware of what's in their food that could cause a reaction.
This 1 star is actually a zero but i had to put some number in.
Cross Contamination from here was just stupidity!
Sandwich 1- they didn't get the lettuce, tomatoes from a clean spot. Okay so remake!
Sandwich 2- is delivered, I've ate 2 or 3 bites when the manager comes to talk to me to apologize for sandwich number 1. As we are talking I mention that all condiments usually come out of uncontaminated dishes, even the mayo comes out of packets not the dish. He pauses, looks at me funny then continues. So I ask "it did come out of packets right?"
Nope- fresh condiments but ummm duh, lets get the mayo out of a dish that's been spreading sandwiches from regular bread all day!
Oh yeah, blisters before we make it to the door! I took all my allergy stuff... They ain't lieing when they say each cross contamination is worse than the one before it!
Seriously inconsiderate, lazy, or ignorant people!!!
Update- today is Wednesday and I am still extremely sick and taking allergy and stomach medicine like crazy, I wouldn't wish what I have on anyone. But anyone in food service should experience this just once!!!!
Oh and to top it off the manager informs me that they don't have to "deal with anything like this" at the store he just come from in Wichita Ks- so folks there need to be careful too!
Will not ever again eat here and strongly suggest anyone with allergies avoid this place too!
No
I have never gotten sick at this location. The GF bread is always fresh!
They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.

The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!
