They have a gluten free menu that is fairly large and a good variety. I had a chicken salad with pomegranate vinaigrette dressing that was fresh a good.

Yes
Depending on cross contamination concerns this is great place. They have huge GF menu and GF bread for sandwiches. Upon request they will change gloves to prepare your food but it is in same area as where regular gluten items are prepared. I find this to be a great place to eat with friends because such a large variety of food and something for pretty much everyone.

The girl at the register couldn't answer any of my questions but the manager was fantastic. He washed his hands, changed his gloves and made my food himself. I'd give it 5 stars if the other staff had been more educated. I'll definitely return.
great experience. they have a really good GF menu and hearty size portions for a reasonable price.
We had great meals at Jason’s Deli. I had the Chicken Club Salad & my husband had the Big Chef Salad. Neither one of us had bacon on our salads since it wasn’t nitrate free. Be sure to order w/o if you have issues with that. The chicken was raised w/o antibiotics, the deli turkey & ham were nitrate free so we liked that. All of their dressings are GF.
They have lots of other options too. Grain bowls, sandwiches, soups, etc.
Pro tip 😋: With any order, you get their soft serve ice cream for free! It’s a serve yourself machine & you can choose from vanilla, chocolate or twist. If it’s a to-go order, you can eat it while you wait.
Edit: We went back a second day & I had the Great Southern Bowl. It was yummy too. I liked the fact that it was delivered in a disposable bowl with a lid to avoid contamination. They changed gloves to make my meal too.

They used to be really good about cross contamination but there have been 2 times when they brought me regular bread. Once it was in a container with the "gluten free" sticke on it but when I opened it, it was a regular sub bun. I took it back and they said it was not gluten free and then they said it was the third time it had happened that night.

Because wheat/gluten will immediately send me to the hospital, I have to be certain what I eat is safe and carefully prepared. Every time I eat at this location of Jason’s, I tell them of my allergy before ordering something of of the “gluten-sensitive” menu, and they have always been very understanding and careful to make sure the food is prepared separately and with new gloves. My favorite menu item is the chicken bacon ranch baked potato, which can also be ordered as a half-size. This is my go-to lunch spot in Roanoke, and I’m so happy to have somewhere dependably safe to eat.

They have a GF menu. A vast selection. Cashier asked if GF was an allergy or preference. Got the chicken panini on GF bread with chips. Came in a to go box and chips were in a sandwich bag. I had no issues.

I had the Big Rueben with a side salad and chips. I didn’t get sick but I took my gluten assist pill before I ate. This was a very clean establishment. I would definitely go again. My brother who is celiac had a reaction but he didn’t take a enzyme pill before he ate.
