JD has a great Gluten Free protocol which you can read about via their website. When you ask for GF, they will ask if it is for an allergy or diet. They will prepare your food in a to-go container and place an allergen warning sticker on it. I first tried their BBQ potato and it's pretty good. Then I found a sandwich that had all GF ingredients and it's my go-to now. It may take a little longer for yours since they follow a procedure. I try to go at slow times, because I don't want be a nuisance. Their website is helpful, but I wish they would show what sandwiches would be completely GF once you switch the normal bread for GF bread. As it is now, you have to look through the ingredients and check them all.

They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.

The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!

I loved this place before celiac and after. They’re so understanding!
