They have gluten free bread and my lunch came in a special togo box & it was prepped in a special area to help eliminate cross contamination. There is an entire game i at the register. Just make sure you tell them about your condition.

No issues eating here and I am very sensitive. I have ordered several sandwiches and have not been glutened. Always specify for a gluten allergy when ordering. I have had the Ruben, Cali club and cuban sandwich without issues. I don’t trust the salad bar though just from other patrons being very messy with making a salad. They also now have gluten free chicken nuggets on the kids menu, but I have not had them.

Basically clueless on what gluten free means! We ordered a gluten free hot dog off of their children's menu for my son who has Celiacs. It came with an allergy sticker on it. I opened it up & it obviously was a regular hot dog bun. I went to the counter & was told by the manager, "we don't have gluten free buns, but we did follow protocol by changing our gloves." They gave me a cold piece of untoasted bread with the hot dog. My son ended up eating my gluten free turkey sandwich which was terrible.

Decent options but we definitely had gluten contamination with our meal. I am so sick right now and my joints are locking up and my son who is gluten sensitive is bouncing off the walls. They also left my husband's order out of the to go order. Bummed because this was our first try with Jason's deli.

They had a gluten free menu but there were bread crumbs EVERYWHERE on their prep bar. Did not look celiac friendly at all!! We turned around and left.

My son is gluten sensitive and was so excited to enjoy a peanut butter and jelly sandwich! Free ice cream for everyone too. Super friendly staff. Lots of healthy options for everyone. We loved it!!

Yes it's Celiac friendly! this is a fantastic chain and our family has always had great experiences here. The gluten free tomato basil soup is EXCELLENT! Sandwiches on gluten-free bread are also a treat... and who doesn't love their very extensive salad bar selection? Always happy eating here!

The first time I went here I had no problems but the second time they brought out my GF sandwich wrapped and stamped with the "GF" sticker like they normally do but the sandwich was made on a croissant NOT the GF bread. I thought since it was wrapped, stamped and shown on my receipt as GF that it was safe but as I soon discovered two-bites in, it definitely was NOT GF! The manager was very apologetic but didn't even offer me a refund. I made sure he understood the implications of a mix-up like this for fellow celiacs. Luckily my reaction is not extreme enough to require any immediate medical intervention, it just makes me horribly sick to my stomach, but for my fellow celiacs with more extreme reactions BEWARE and check twice when eating here.

They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.

The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!
