Jason’s Deli can make any sandwich gluten free and the menu is also marked with other items that are gluten free such as soups and salads. The manager is knowledgeable in assisting with the order, and the food comes wrapped in a box with a gluten free label for extra precaution. I have Celiac Disease, and I had no issues ordering a corned beef sandwich with chips.

I had the BEST experience today at Jason’s Deli. I’m one month into my celiac diagnosis and when I asked them if I could learn more about their gluten free process just to be sure I can eat here before ordering, Jeremy (the staff member) answered every question I asked and reassured me that they take gluten-free very seriously. In fact, They mark on the kitchen ticket “CHANGE GLOVES!! GLUTEN FREE”. Also, I watched them take out a large flat container that has latches on the sides, they unlatch the container and inside is a gluten free designated work space (gf cutting board and gf knife!) that is completely sealed off to air when not in use! They made my whole sandwich in this container and the best part— not one of the employees looked annoyed or inconvenienced. They were all helpful, triple checking everything they did, and even asking me if I could have certain things they weren’t sure of! I’m glad to know this option is out there for Celiac or NCGS folks. Thank you Jason’s Deli, you guys are amazing.

Love Jason deli. There are so many options to choose from. yes there is a warning label that there can be cross contamination but that can only be expected but they do their best. The menu options makes it all worth it
We went and had lunch there today. I had a Tuna sandwich on Udi's bread and it was ok, not bad, but not amazing either. They did have a GF menu, but until I got my sandwich (which had the warning on it) did I know that they didn't really try to offer a GF setting for those with celiac disease or serious sensitivity to gluten. The sticker stated that they and their staff are not trained to handle food for Celiacs or those with sensitivities and that your food will have come in contact with other glutinous foods. Needless to say I was sadly disappointed.
Ate the BBQ potato. It was so good. They also have Udi's bread at this location.
They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.

The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!
