Java Bistro

We stopped in last week and my daughter and I shared the best breakfast sandwich we've ever had. The g/f bread was perfectly toasted and neither of us were sick. The other two non-celiac family members also enjoyed their meal. The bagels are not the same as the NYC metro area, however, but that's kind of par for the course. We will definitely be in at least once a week.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

They will do any of their sandwiches- breakfast and lunch- with gluten free bread. They are also very aware if using a separate space as to not contaminate the food. Great service, good food, and good coffee.
