Review of Java Cow Coffee & Ice Cream

This place is a hidden gem, not formally listed on Find Me GF (until now), but located right on Main Street. We spotted some gluten free items yesterday when we went in for coffee so decided to return for breakfast. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! We had literally the BEST GF biscuit ever. It was a turkey sausage and cheese biscuit breakfast sandwich and it was delicious! My husband wished they had a more savory sausage on it but it was right up my alley. And we had a GF mixed berry muffin which was easily in the top 5 GF muffins I’ve enjoyed. We got the GF savory crepe which I only ate a few bites bc I was full but I’ll bet all of their savory AND sweet crepes are delicious. They also had GF turkey chili with a GF corn muffin and the manager told me they use GF granola in their breakfast items. I’m sure I’m missing other items (remember seeing a GF pound cake). Anyway, you get the idea. Between coffee and breakfast and lunch items and ice cream, plan to visit them daily when you come to Park City! And tell them Julie from Kansas City sent you! And if anyone gets that recipe for the biscuit l, I’m first in line to get a copy!
