Today is national oyster day! My family feasted on versions of different oysters: cooked and raw, ahi poke bowl, and mussels. The food was incredible. Service was great! Will definitely be back!

I’ve dined at Jax countless times and have never been sick! The menu rotates but I never have any trouble finding something suitable and the wait staff is incredibly knowledgeable. Many of the menu items can be modified to accommodate gluten free and it’s always delicious! Their gluten free calamari is amazing

Food is fantastic. They're knowledgeable about allergies, and very patient and kind.
If you are looking for a good seafood dinner, look no further than Jax Fish House in old town Ft. Collins. They have a number of gf dishes, including fried calamari that was so good we ordered another plate. The halibut was every bit as good as I have had in Alaska and the Shrimp and grits were amazing. They fly the fish in daily. Imagine a seafood restaurant that had no smell of fish. The servers and staff were very attentive when told my wife was celiac. Outside of the desserts (a little disappointing) the whole experience was fantastic.

Gluten free options were great and our waiter spoiled us well
Yes
Told the hostess when we made the reservation that I have celiac disease and they were ready when we got there. Our waitress was super knowledgeable about what was safe and what wasn’t and had the chef make me GF calamari in the designated fryer. Didn’t get sick, staff was awesome, and food was delicious
This place rocks! The servers are well trained and knowledgeable about the items that have gluten. They will also go out of their way to make almost anything on their menu for you. I wanted fried calamari and they coated it in rice starch and fried it in a separate pan! Since everything is made to order and nothing is pre breaded anything is possible here. Delicious too.
