I have to say I don’t know what’s going on with Jays lately but they keep messing up my orders and I tell them and I feel blown off by the manager. Not to mention, I have been getting cross contaminated. Sucks because we love it there, maybe just not right now. We are giving it a break.

I have always had great food at Jays. The other night (Wednesday) we got sandwiches at Jays. I got a gluten free tuna which I have gotten numerous times before but this time 2 things happened. First the tuna hoagie was so Salty that I forced myself to eat the first half but could not eat the 2nd half. I eventually threw it out and I had diarrhea x2 days. It may have been a coincidence but I had x2 days. I called afterwards and no one took my call but then then I called back the next day and a manager said next time I came in to mention that he said I could get a free replacement hoagie. I appreciated that but The experience was traumatic and I am surprised because nothing like this has happened to me there before.

My boyfriend who is not gf and I go here whenever we can. He prefers the gf cheesesteaks to the regular and although a little pricey I have never had a bad meal or found the price to not be worth it. Everything I’ve tried from this place is excellent, except maybe the pretzel roll, that was okay but still awesome place for celiac and gf people. I also saw a sign today that they have gluten free ice cream cakes. I am going to be ordering one soon for sure.

Tons of GF options. Felt very safe eating here. Everything is clearly marked. I did not notice that there was no indoor seating so I’m pointing it out again for others. We had gf pizza fries, gf chicken fingers and fries with cheese whiz and a gf ice cream cone with sprinkles. All very good.

If you love sandwiches you MUST visit this place! So many options! I had "Dad's New Delight" on a pretzel roll - roast beef, provolone, and cole slaw. It was absolutely delicious. My daughter had cheesesteak and loved it. The non-GF eaters with us enjoyed their meal as well. This is a must stop for us anytime we are in the area. They are very safe and I have no concerns about any cross-contamination. So many options on the menu!!!

There is no indoor seating, but they do have covered outdoor seating.

Was in Langhorne for a work event today…a Sunday… where I am from pickings can be really slim for places to eat on a Sunday. Jay’s joint pops up as only 4 miles away.

Ironically, someone in my fam who lives in NC! had sent me a link to this place a couple mos ago… He’d seen Jay’s featured somewhere and sent me a photo….and so I recognize the pic here on the app…HAD to go! People who don’t understand would be shocked by the price but for those with CD, iykyk….it’s worth it from time to time! Many gf options on the menu.

I called ahead & my order was ready in 20. They knew I had an hour plus drive home…& wanted to eat the cheesesteak tomorrow. They wrapped the cheesesteak meat separately & included reheating directions. First hoagie, I’ve eaten in almost 2 1/2 years! I would def drive 1 hr 10 min to go again.

Wow is all I have to say. The food here was delicious. They have their own gluten-free kitchen here also. We drove close to five hours just to have a Philly cheesesteak and it was awesome.

Gluten free pretzel rolls. This was so good, I got a second cheesesteak to bring back to NY. I just ate it. It was JUST. AS. GOOD! If you’re even close to this joint, you should go. Super nice people. My gluten eating friends loved theirs too. It made a rough day due to a loss by the Mets and a terrible rain storm so much better.

Omg....go!!!! I have not had a chicken cheese steak in literally 5 years. And I had one today here!!!! Jay was unbelievable! He came right to the counter to talk to me and put me at 100% ease. He knows what he is doing and is completely aware of cross contamination. I had a chicken cheese steak and fries. NO issues. I feel great and felt so normal eating my lunch. There is one table and a few chairs, so we ate in our car. Didn’t care....delicious and safe. Go!!!!!

LOVE this place! They have a dedicated oven to make GF pretzel rolls which are amazingly good. Every time I’m here, people are ordering and picking up GF orders. Their GF chicken tenders remind me of “chik-filet” (as best I can remember). My FAVORITE is the Chubby Cooper Pounder on the GF pretzel roll.

When I tell you this is some of the BEST gluten free food I’ve ever eaten I’m not exaggerating. They make their own cheddar pretzel rolls IN HOUSE. We couldn’t stop eating. They even have 2 kitchens - 1 dedicated gluten free! Worth the 35 min drive no doubt in my mind

Jay's has the most amazing GF subs. The rolls are out of this world. We ate here everyday of our vacation trying something new each day! They run 2 kitchens for the restaurant, one is dedicated gluten free.

I come here a lot and they are amazing with gluten free! I have celiac and I trust them so much. Almost everything can be gluten free, they have their own fryer and cooking area. They even have a gluten free printer to make sure it goes to right part of the kitchen along with stickers they put on. The food is amazing! You will not be disappointed. Even the desert is gluten free! He drives all the way to Vermont to get the gluten free rolls. They are very dedicated to making it gluten free.

I was so happy to find Jays!!! Almost everything on the menu can be made GF. They have a dedicated area of the kitchen, dedicated fryers and AMAZING food!!! Cheesesteak on a GF pretzel roll was delightful! Went back a few days later and had the Italian. So yummy! Everything tested negative with Nima. I will always stop at Jays when I’m town!!!

First time I’ve had a cheesesteak and pizza fries since being diagnosed with celiac about 5 years ago. I tried the pretzel roll steak. Honestly It wasn’t bad, but I had wished I had just gotten it on their regular gf roll (next time). I just wasn’t a huge fan of the combination, but glad I tried it. The pizza fries were kind of soggy, and the cheese wasn’t fully melted. My kids got an order of regular fries and those too were soggy (they need to cook them longer). Next time we will ask for them to be well done. I also tried my kids’ chicken fingers. Again these were a bit soggy, when chicken fingers should be crispy. We also weren’t big fans of the taste of the breading (or perhaps the oil they were cooked in). So why 4-stars? The selection is outstanding, they have a separate gf cook area and dedicated fryer, Jay is very nice, and the soggy issue can be resolved simply by asking them to cook the deep fried items longer. Looking forward to trying an Italian hoagie next time!

Exceptional! Makes my celiac son so happy to feel like he can order almost anything and it’s soooo good. The owner seems like such a good guy too.

Amazing place! Definitely stop by. They have all of your guilty pleasures. The good is amazing and the owner is a great guy. Highly recommended. PS Nima test showed no gluten for the cheesesteak and chicken wings.

Every single time I’ve had food from jay’s it has been spectacular. I’m thankful he takes the care to have a separate kitchen for his gf customers. Chicken fingers and gf pretzel roll cheesesteaks are a must.
