Just fantastic. Burgers, Chicken Parm sandwiches, fries, just all the stuff I've missed since my Celiac diagnosis.
Well, Jay's brings you back to feeling normal again and eating what you want. Have been back many times but this weekend was top notch, had the chicken parm on a pretzel roll Friday night, enjoyed it so much, had to get it for lunch when I was headed back home Sunday. Anytime I'm driving nearby, its absolutely a must stop. And my nonceliac son loves the nonGF food too, we look forward to it each and every time.
My only complaint is they don't expand into NJ and are closer to my home, but that's not really a fair complaint.
Simply put, Jay's is the best!

THE. ROLL. DOESNT. FALL. APART.
I’ve been dying for a gluten free greasy food place and when I saw the menu has almost all items gluten free as well, I actually cried. Then I got a cheesesteak on a gluten free garlic bread roll and I cried again. So happy I found this place!
Gluten free chicken fingers were mid. But didn’t taste weird/different as gluten free- so I still
Consider it a win

Definitely suggest placing your order ahead of time either through toast, or their website so that it’s ready when you get there
No inside seating but their Gluten-Free game is on point. So either be prepared to sit outside, in your vehicle or get it to go. So worth it though.
They claim their food to be celiac safe and their rolls are huge! Amazing taste, highly recommend!!

Went here for the first time last week after several people recommended it and it did not disappoint! Since finding out I have celiac a few months ago I haven’t really been out to eat as I’ve been afraid but knowing they are very careful, have dedicated GF products and fryer/ cooking area made me feel better and I didn’t get sick!! We will be back for sure!

July 2024 all of their Fried items no longer require a gluten-free sticker because all of the fried items are gluten-free as well as the fryer May 2024 Love their new online ordering system! Have used it many times without issues 2019 Jay’s is a celiac’s dream come true. So many options, phenomenal flavor. Have eaten here many many times with no issues. Favorites are fingers & fries, buff chick cheesesteak hoagie, cheesteak but by far the best is the burning love. The pretzel roll is out of this world good. Worth the 40 min drive each way and everything’s been just as good reheated the next day so we’re always sure to stock up

I was really excited to try this place based on the ratings & reviews but I’m sad to say I got severely ill from this restaurant. We were on the way to a concert and did take out and ate in the car. I also have an egg allergy. When ordered at the takeout window and I specified Gluten and Egg allergy. I had others with me that were not gluten free. We get our food and it was messed up. I got the right thing I ordered which was a pretzel roll but the others orders were not correct. (Wrong bread type, no sauce). My food came out labeled gluten free so I ate it! It TASTED AMAZING! We didn’t have time to fix the order so we just ate it. I was bloated within 15 minutes of eating and the rest of the night I was sick. I don’t know if it was from gluten or eggs but I’m really disappointed.

The food is amazing here and I’ve never worried about cross contamination. Everything is labeled gluten free and my food always comes packaged separately from the rest in the order. The GF menu is extensive and offers almost everything the regular menu does. The rolls are what really makes this place stand out. They’re the best I’ve had and I never have to worry about it falling apart or being too tough and chewy. Highly recommend.

As a person with Celiac disease, we all know how tough it can be to find gluten-free food options at parties. Knowing this, we hired Jay's Food Truck for a private graduation party recently based on their gluten-free menu. Right from the start, we were simply blown away by their attention to detail. Jay personally made the gluten-free sandwiches first and stored them in a warmer to avoid any possible contamination. We had a few guests with Celiac disease in attendance as well, and they raved about the food. Jay and his wife could not have been any nicer, and they truly deserve to be supported for their attention to detail and for their dedication to food safety practices regarding gluten-free options. We plan to visit their permanent location in the near future. They are truly wonderful people Here is a link to the Jay's Food Truck: https://jaysjoint215.com/foodtruck.html

I love this place. I can go there to eat with my family because they have an excellent regular menu and an excellent gluten-free menu. The prep areas are totally separate and cook separately. They are very safe about keeping the gluten-free food safe. Their pretzel rolls are delicious as well as everything else they serve. They also have an amazing homemade gluten-free cookies and cream ice cream cake.

It’s good to find a safe place to get a cheese steak and fries. The food here was really good. With that said, it is very expensive. Two cheese steaks with fries and a bottle of water was $48. Ouch. While many place have a $1.99 celiac tax of their GF bun, Jay’s is $3.75. That’s quite the mark up. At least the let me use the handy cap ramp to get to the order window for free.

You MUST go here! Jay and his team absolutely know what they are doing for GF. If you’ve had a non-GF Philly Cheesesteak and remember the buns…they do them right and GF! The flavor is on-point AND a chocolate chip GF cookie Ice Cream Sammie! We came here from VA and definitely will be back.

First of all the food was amazing! I had never experienced a Philly cheesesteak due to being celiac. I was finally able to experience the Philly experience! The menu provides so many options that I was having a hard time choosing. I ate lunch on their outdoor patio and stayed talking to the owner and his wife. I stayed until dinner time and ordered dinner to go. Not only did I have so many entree options but dessert options too! The customer service from the owners was phenomenal. I’m so glad that I found them through FindMeGF app. I drove from VA to eat here and will definitely be back as often as I can. If you are considering Jay’s Joint, go there!

Everything was marked gluten-free, and was soo good! Definitely call in your order, though. Took about 35-40 minutes to make, but it was worth it. I got boneless wings (mild sauce)-gluten free, and fries. Big container of fries, which is a good thing, and pretty good sized wings. I also got a root beer float, so good. :) No indoor seating!! Sit in your car, or sit outside while eating!!! Overall, the food was good, and safe to eat. Everything on the menu could be made gluten free. Would definitely go there again!

I have to say I don’t know what’s going on with Jays lately but they keep messing up my orders and I tell them and I feel blown off by the manager. Not to mention, I have been getting cross contaminated. Sucks because we love it there, maybe just not right now. We are giving it a break.
I have always had great food at Jays. The other night (Wednesday) we got sandwiches at Jays. I got a gluten free tuna which I have gotten numerous times before but this time 2 things happened. First the tuna hoagie was so Salty that I forced myself to eat the first half but could not eat the 2nd half. I eventually threw it out and I had diarrhea x2 days. It may have been a coincidence but I had x2 days. I called afterwards and no one took my call but then then I called back the next day and a manager said next time I came in to mention that he said I could get a free replacement hoagie. I appreciated that but The experience was traumatic and I am surprised because nothing like this has happened to me there before.

My boyfriend who is not gf and I go here whenever we can. He prefers the gf cheesesteaks to the regular and although a little pricey I have never had a bad meal or found the price to not be worth it. Everything I’ve tried from this place is excellent, except maybe the pretzel roll, that was okay but still awesome place for celiac and gf people. I also saw a sign today that they have gluten free ice cream cakes. I am going to be ordering one soon for sure.

If you love sandwiches you MUST visit this place! So many options! I had "Dad's New Delight" on a pretzel roll - roast beef, provolone, and cole slaw. It was absolutely delicious. My daughter had cheesesteak and loved it. The non-GF eaters with us enjoyed their meal as well. This is a must stop for us anytime we are in the area. They are very safe and I have no concerns about any cross-contamination. So many options on the menu!!!

Was in Langhorne for a work event today…a Sunday… where I am from pickings can be really slim for places to eat on a Sunday. Jay’s joint pops up as only 4 miles away.
Ironically, someone in my fam who lives in NC! had sent me a link to this place a couple mos ago… He’d seen Jay’s featured somewhere and sent me a photo….and so I recognize the pic here on the app…HAD to go!
People who don’t understand would be shocked by the price but for those with CD, iykyk….it’s worth it from time to time! Many gf options on the menu.
I called ahead & my order was ready in 20. They knew I had an hour plus drive home…& wanted to eat the cheesesteak tomorrow.
They wrapped the cheesesteak meat separately & included reheating directions.
First hoagie, I’ve eaten in almost 2 1/2 years!
I would def drive 1 hr 10 min to go again.
Would just want to eat-in the next time lol.
