Amazing experience with an extremely knowledgeable server. She was careful to modify table orders so that I could try a little bit of everything. Steak was amazing and the GF desserts were as well. They even had a GF version of their butter pie, which was unique and delicious. This was my fourth time at this location and it was the best.

We took a decent drive out to Jeff Ruby’s, not expecting our experience that we had.

Perks: 1. A guaranteed gluten free menu, separate from the usual gluten offerings. It was a breeze not having to question the ingredients. 2. The gluten free dessert options were also available, and our server remembered and pointed me to available gluten free options. 3. I was impressed by the level of service we received during our meal; down to the staff folding our napkins while we visited the restrooms. 4. Very well worth the price for service, education, and the overall feeling of safety to eat at Jeff Ruby’s.

I am traveling in this area and found this restaurant on this app. I ate here last night.

Once arriving, I spoke with the waiter who provided me with a gf menu and assured me I’d be well taken care of. I double checked that the challah croutons were gf as listed and he confirmed. When they brought me my salad, I confirmed the croutons were gf and told yes.

After eating the salad, the manager came over to tell me that the croutons had gluten in them. He was very apologetic and told me that they pride themselves on taking care of dietary restrictions.

But the damage was already done! I canceled the rest of my order and hurried back to my airbnb to wait for the consequences.

After reading the reviews here, we chose this restaurant to celebrate our son's college graduation. Some of us cannot have gluten or soy. We received a confirmation call the day before in which they asked if we had any food allergies (impressive), as a result they presented us with a gluten free menu as soon as we sat down. They have an extensive wine list and sometimes have a gf bread loaf option. Our server was not very knowledgeable, however, he did inform the chef. Chef Stieger was amazing! He visited tableside to be sure we had a safe and delicious experience. He clearly understood how to prevent cross contamination. The grilled brussels (olive oil) and steak were outstanding. Because of the professional and kind actions of this wonderful chef we were able to enjoy dining out without getting sick for the first time in quite awhile.

Extremely impressed with how well Jeff Ruby’s accommodates for gluten free. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and the food was delicious. Best steak we’ve ever had. They also have gluten free bread loaf with butter that is incredible. Highly recommend for a very special date night.

The staff was knowledgeable and kind when eating gluten free. They took proper precautions and had the chef answer questions for us. Their steak was amazing, as was the shrimp cocktail. They even have gluten free cheese cake!
