Super delicious ice cream! All of the ice cream labels say if it's gluten free or if it contains wheat (most when I went were gf). Make sure to ask them to not top your bowl with pieces of the cones (they do this to the bowls by default).

The second best ice cream I’ve had. Only topped by a Spanish ice cream shop. They got out a new tub of ice cream to give me a guarantee that they did not have cross contamination. Great staff, great taste.

Delicious Jeni’s ice cream, friendly staff, and great (standardized) allergy protocol including glove and scoop changes and separate allergy tubs, just like all other Jeni’s locations. GF ice creams and dairy free desserts are marked on menus. They do process in a facility that also processes wheat, but I’m sensitive and have never had an issue at Jeni’s. (We went to Jeni’s because Pretty Nice was closed.)

Numerous times, a kind friend or coworker will stop by here and ask for dairy-free and gluten-free for me, and NUMEROUS TIMES the employees have sent them with the Texas Sheet Cake, which, just as it sounds, has ribbons of cake swirled in it. There are gluten-free options here, but it’s clear to me that gluten-awareness isn’t a part of their training program.

It's good. I've had pints from the grocery store, and honestly they were better than what I got here. I got the gooey butter cake, and the cake bits in it were so dry they were grainy and rough. Way over priced. Grateful for the gluten free options, though there's no gf cone.

The server we had was excellent!! He went in the back to open a fresh ice cream tub in the flavor my son picked to guarantee that it was not cross contaminated. They definitely take care about how they serve people with Celiac's disease!

Yummy ice cream and they clearly label what is gf and df. Be careful bc they always try to add a piece of waffle cone to the top of the ice cream in cups, but they’ll re-scoop ice cream for you no problem if they put waffle cone on top and you tell them you have an allergy and need a new one. Be clear that you have a gluten allergy to make sure you don’t have any issues with cross contamination or pieces or waffle cone being added to your ice cream.
