I was really impressed. Gluten free flavors are clearly marked. I told them I have celiac, and they did the following: Took my order. Confirmed in their book of ingredients that the flavors I chose were in fact gluten free and showed me. Scooped the ice cream in the back where they have dedicated allergen tubs and a dedicated scoop, so no cross contamination.

The ice cream is amazing. Some of the best you’ll ever have. And a lot of flavor options!

Server was fantastic. When I asked for a clean scooper to be used on my order she offered to get a fresh tub of ice cream from the back. Many flavors are clearly labeled gf. So glad I chose this place to be my first ice cream shop visit since diagnosis

The second best ice cream I’ve had. Only topped by a Spanish ice cream shop. They got out a new tub of ice cream to give me a guarantee that they did not have cross contamination. Great staff, great taste.

Delicious ice cream! They will get ice cream from an untouched carton in the back for anything GF they have available. I got the gooey butter cake and it sure was good. Busy spot, but worth the wait for some safe ice cream.
