Very knowledgeable about cross-contamination, their sandwiches can be made into GF "breakfast bowls". Was told their fryers for potatoes were dedicated but was informed that they also fry the flour tortillas in there, ended up getting the steak and cheese + eggs served over rice , overall was very satisfied with the food and service.

The staff was amazing with the options I needed for gluten free choices. There is no gluten free bread or wraps but they stated the potatoes are cooked in a dedicated fryer and no cross contamination happens. I ate there today and loved the food!

I’ve been eating here for years, and while they don’t have a specific gluten-free menu, they offer a bunch of ways to customize dishes, and staff have always been accommodating about checking ingredients (both for gluten and other allergens).

My wife and I eat here frequently. Given she has celiac and I have IBS, it really helps that they can customize your order however you want. Unfortunately, they don’t have gluten free bread/wraps for sandwiches.
Yes
Nothing gluten free about this place. They will serve your ingredients in a bowl instead of on a bun. Any restaurant could do that. Website gives no indication regarding their approach, employee training, dedicated prep table, etc.
