They do a good job of preparing gluten free sandwiches, and the Udi's bread is really quite good. A few things to know, however: Gluten free orders for grilled/hot subs are grilled on the same grill as regular breads and they do grill the GF bread on the grill. It appears they use a different end of the grill for the GF orders. Some condiments are spread on with the same spreader as is used for regular breads, so for something like mayo be sure to ask for mayo packets on the side. Ask about other condiments. Most importantly, call and confirm they haven't run out of the gluten free bread; a few times this has happened to us. They do take good care and are pretty knowledgeable about precautions.
