I'm also on a low fodmap diet so I got tuna and picked out the celery. 😂 I was very impressed that even the new kid knew to change gloves and use all clean utensils and put parchment paper down. They use squirt bottles for their sauces. I thought the gf bun was delicious. I want to buy them plain! This was the best gf sandwich I have had. Great service. They were very conscientious. And you can watch to make sure they do it right.

They are usually good about wiping down the slicer and surfaces, using different utensils, washing their hands, and changing their gloves. My meal today tested as gluten free with the NimaPartners gluten sensor.

Wow, the club sub was awesome. The team was awesome, they not only changed gloves but cleaned the counter and brought out separate fillings and even cut fresh meat for me sub. This is my first experience with Jersey Mikes but it won’t be the last. I felt very comfortable with the care they took to honor my need for GF, not a preference but medical.

Amazing experience! All the staff is trained and knowledgeable on celiac disease. They have pre-packaged gluten-free bread and make your subs in a separate gluten-free designated area. The staff was great and very helpful I will definitely be back !

Love Jersey mikes. The workers at every location I’ve been to (including this one!) are knowledgeable about celiacs and take precautions by making the sandwich on a separate tray and by pulling all ingredients out of the back so there’s no cross contamination. I always feel very safe eating here and the subs are delishhhh
