This Jersey Mikes is wonderful:) Staff is knowledgeable when you say you have an allergy. They get a brand new knife, change their gloves, and go to a separate part in the area to make your sandwich; which includes brand new toppings that have not been touched by gluten. Have not gotten sick and i recommend!!

They cleaned the machinery before making my sub to make sure there was no cross-contamination.

I like how they change gloves and wipe everything down before preparing my food. They use a GF bread but it’s not that great, very dry. This is a last resort kind of place.

Pretty good, I trust them but there may have been an issue of contamination once.
Staff took time to complete orders ahead of me, then cleaned all surfaces and the slicer. They made sure the bar was contamination free before making my sub (no. 8 club). Will be back!

Safe and knowledgeable! Careful with prep.

They won me back with their gluten free offering. I didn’t even go here for regular sandwiches. The Easton location is excellent, they are very careful.

Food is fresh and delicious and when you order gluten free, they immediately wipe counter and equipment down and change their gloves. It was so nice to enjoy a fresh sub and not worry about getting sick. Definitely going back!
They have gf rolls now that I thought were good. I had a roast beef sub on it. My dad picked up the order so I don’t know what the procedures are like here.

I make a point of not going to places like this often but when traveling, food can get tricky. I also don’t try to order GF during a lunch rush. That being said, they were so very patient with my order. Everything was kept separate, the meat and cheese was cut on a separate slicer, Mayo from a squeeze bottle instead of the knife that spreads over everything gluten. They changed gloves and only one person handled my sandwich from start to finish. Sure, as a celiac there’s still a risk of cross but it’s been minimized as much as possible and I appreciate their efforts.

They have Udi’s GF roll that comes from a sealed package. Employee asked if allergy or preference and asked if he should change gloves and secure a clean workspace. My child is only gluten intolerant so I can’t speak for celiac but it was a great experience and he loved his sandwich!

Just tried the GF bread for the first time. The sandwich maker spent a very long time wiping down the cold cut machine and the entire work area- I was really glad I was the only person in there, it took almost 5min but I really appreciated it! They had a special cutting board and used a clean knife. Probably too risky for celiac (I'm still waiting for my tests). The bread isn't spectacular but I liked my sandwich overall.

Very helpful and asked if my gluten free bun was allergy or preference!

Eaten there twice now, haven’t gotten glutened. The current staff is very knowledgeable and clean the grill and have a separate prep space. I would still recommend going in to tell them it’s an allergy rather than ordering online.
