This chain is a good bet for a quick meal, and this location did a very good job handling my GF requirements. When I ordered GF bread (the ubiquitous Udi's) the person taking orders asked if it was "allergy" or "preference," and when I responded with the former he marked my order accordingly. I could see te person making the subs then change gloves, wipe the knife and clean the grill, all of which gave me confidence that I was safe. This location also had pre-packaged cookies from Udi's available.

I believe I got glutened at this location. They did a great job of cleaning the equipment and wiping down the countertops, but did not get fresh ingredients from the back so everything had been touched by gloves that had previously handled gluten. I’m very sensitive.

I did an online order and asked for the manager to make my sandwich with new ingredients and clean utensils. They ended up making it in the back for me. Awesome service

Very friendly staff! I told them it’s an allergy and they prepared my sandwich separately. Wiped everything down. Changed their gloves and prepared it on a dedicated mat. I got a giant sub and the bread held up really well. I had leftovers and even the next day the bread didn’t fall apart

So disappointed - we used to rely on this place and have enjoyed Jersey Mike’s in other locations. This location will no longer use separate toppings, stating that contamination is inevitable regardless.

Went here with my celiac daughter a few weeks ago. Like all the Mike’s we’ve been to, they immediately cleaned off the counter, and took a separate knife and prep area from off a high shelf to prep the sandwich. No reaction, very good!
