They offer Udi’s rolls for subs, the staff changed gloves, sliced fresh meat, and cleaned all work surfaces prior to making the sub, including using a dedicated gluten free knife to slice the subway roll.

So glad they recently opened their location close to freeway to stop here on our trip. The quality and safety I have grown to love from Jersey Mikes was here for sure. I’m so glad they had the separate station for making my food and separate containers for toppings too.

Ordered a gluten free sub! Bread is Udis sub rolls and very tasty! They changed gloves and used a new, clean knife to cut my bread! Cross contamination risk 0!! 10/10

The staff here are amazing! Order GF bread they will ask you if Allergies or Diet. They have a area separate for making your hoagies as well as separate knives. They are excellent!!

They used a paper under the gluten free bread but were using the same toppings as they would for non gluten free (gloves touching things, same spreading knives in mayo, ect). Stores near us have a completely separate station for gluten free so this was a let down.
