They asked if the GF sandwich was for allergy or preference. Cleaned the work station and put down fresh paper, used a special knife and changed out gloves. Very accommodating and careful and they were extremely friendly! The udi bread was very good and fresh.

They have a new separate slicer in the back for gluten free subs. They will also get toppings fresh from the back when you ask.

I’ve eaten here multiple times with the gluten free bread and it’s been great. If you go in person, they ask you “is it an allergy or a preference”for the gluten free bread, when you say allergy they will wipe down all the prep space, change gloves, and change trays. I requested for them to change the knife to cut my sandwich and they said “of course”.

I even went in during a busy time, and they still were friendly and accommodating. The first time I went I stated I had celiac disease and they knew what to do. 10/10 recommend, they seem knowledgeable and are willing to swap out utensils and accommodate based on your sensitivity/requests.

The service at this location was great! They were friendly, and asked if it was an allergy then confirmed before they made it. The location was clean (workstations, lobby and restrooms). And my order was accurate and felt safe to eat!

Awesome Philly cheesesteak! I’m from Philly, so this is legit. The server was extremely focused and wanted to know if I had an allergy or intolerance. The cooks changed gloves regularly. I can’t speak to whether they have a separate everything to avoid contamination, though.

Not great the few times I have been in terms of taking precautions, been glutened twice. However, the Nampa location has been consistently safe!
