Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

These people are incompetent at best. I told the lady with brown hair 4 times I was allergic to dairy and had celiac disease, and that I wanted condiments from the back. They wouldn’t get a new cutting board, they wouldn’t get a new knife. I asked for new unopened condiments and the lady just couldn’t understand. They wouldn’t clean the deli slicer, they wouldn’t clean the grill. I kid you not I said my order at least 8 times-2 gluten free subs with mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, turkey. Pretty easy right. Nope, not for these folks. Then the lady had the audacity to blame the poor kid who she didn’t tell him anything so he just started slicing cheese and putting it on the ONLY thawed bread they had in the store. Then they thought thy could just pick it up and reuse the bread. They were clearly not wanting to help us so they just skipped us in line and went on to helping other people who didn’t have disabilities. Jersey Mikes is not a fan of the celiac community.
