We are family of four and our 6 yr old twins have celiac. This was the first time they have been able to eat a sub out of our home bc of cross contamination concerns. The employees were very knowledgeable about cross contamination, they prepared the sub on a designated prep area, including a separate meat slicer! I’m very impressed and our girls were so excited to eat their sub that won’t hurt their belly!!!

They were really careful and knew how to address gluten-free needs. Gluten-free bread and they got all the toppings from the back, laid out paper when they’re making the sandwich. Seems very safe!

I usually hate Udi’s, but it works quite well on their subs. I’ve eaten three subs from here so far and didn’t get sick. Friendly people :)

Soft and fresh gf bun with thinly sliced meats.
took my allergy very seriously. when I asked the employees to switch gloves and clean the surface because it was a gluten allergy, they told me it would take a couple of extra minutes to properly clean. the employees stopped the sub line to clean everything and make my sandwich to avoid cross contamination. very knowledgeable!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. All protocols followed such as wiping down counter, and glove change. The person making our sandwiches was exceptionally conscientious when making our order. We enjoyed a cheesesteak, chicken cheesesteak, turkey and provolone, and italian all on Udi’s rolls (individually prepackaged). As safe as possible for non dedicated.
