They do a really good job. The staff will have a manager on duty prepare the food. They change gloves and prepare the gf subs in a separate area and then wrap them individually and place them in separate bags.

Staff are knowledgeable and take precautions for changing gloves and making sandwiches for GF/celiac. Very happy with our last two orders. Made in person at restaurant. Kid endorsed in both Udi’s option, or in take away container with fixings to put on bread at home.

— Excellent

Amazing! So nice to have a real Italian sub without worry! Each gluten free roll is individually wrapped. When you order, they wipe down the space, change gloves. Then get a clean knife and open the bread. They slice the deli meat fresh to order. They even got a new container for red pepper relish without even needing to ask. They are so nice in here and they dont mind taking all these steps to get you a delicious, safe sandwich.

I believe I got glutened at this location. They did a great job of cleaning the equipment and wiping down the countertops, but did not get fresh ingredients from the back so everything had been touched by gloves that had previously handled gluten. I’m very sensitive.

Very friendly staff! I told them it’s an allergy and they prepared my sandwich separately. Wiped everything down. Changed their gloves and prepared it on a dedicated mat. I got a giant sub and the bread held up really well. I had leftovers and even the next day the bread didn’t fall apart

So disappointed - we used to rely on this place and have enjoyed Jersey Mike’s in other locations. This location will no longer use separate toppings, stating that contamination is inevitable regardless.

Went here with my celiac daughter a few weeks ago. Like all the Mike’s we’ve been to, they immediately cleaned off the counter, and took a separate knife and prep area from off a high shelf to prep the sandwich. No reaction, very good!
