I was very nervous about going in, but the girls did an absolute amazing job at prepping my food separately and using fresh containers to get what I wanted on my sandwich. They kept my sandwich on a separate piece of paper with a separate knife and change their gloves and wipe down the meat slicer..
They have gluten free options and all the staff is extremely knowledgeable. They have a separate prep area for allergies and saw them change their gloves, open new veggies etc. I’m extremely reactive and have eaten numerous times at this location with no issues.
The bread is udis it was pretty dry. The staff changed gloves wiped down the counters and meat cutter all though they told me all their meat if gf. They made the sandwich on parchment paper. I had them get me fresh lettuce from the back that wasn’t cross contaminated. It was a bit of a process so if you arrived when it was busy that could be stressful. The staff was friendly. It was nice to have an option of a sub.

Have been very mindful of cleaning the equipment and preparing our sandwiches. My wife is extremely sensitive and we are yet to have any symptoms. I feel pretty confident when we order from here

Once they knew that I had an allergy, they made my sandwich in the back on a separate surface with a clean slicer and utensils. I have had no problem at this or any other Jersey Mike's locations.
As do most locations, they are very careful about cross contamination. They use a new knife and a separate preparation surface. When I order a sandwich with meats, they typically clean the slicer. I've never had a problem at this, or any, Jersey Mike's location.
This is one of my go-to spots here in CR. They always change gloves, clean the machines and use a separate tray and knife. I’ve even ordered online and felt completely safe. I’m very symptomatic.
