went with my sister and her boyfriend, with him paying. they got sticker shock, with mine coming out to about $12 with tax for a 6-inch Italian sub.
the ordering and seating area was a bit loud, cramped, and they funnel you to the back to order where my sister (wheelchair user) had difficulty navigating.
staff was knowledgeable and announced to the entire kitchen when my order came up. he answered all our questions patiently and washed the equipment *with soap* right in front of us and they changed gloves. unfortunately, he left the crumbs from the previous sandwich on the counter, though being careful not to touch them, and they took from the same bins as the gluten sandwiches. it's unclear if they ever double-dip, but that was concerning to me.
they had no indications on their menu, but claimed they were all GF when asked. they didn't know if any of the sauces were GF besides the hot sauce, but said that other GF customers never mentioned having any problems. i didn't add any to mine.
all that being said, i react to gluten with pain and cognitive issues among other things, and i didn't notice any of that. while pricey, the sandwich was delicious and filling. and while i didn't buy 1, they did have Udi's GF snickerdoodle cookies for about $3.

Phenomenal. This was our first experience with fast food since learning about the CD and GI issues in our family. The staff was great with us! When I asked for GF bread, she responded with "preference or allergy?" As soon as I said allergy, she immediately began cleaning the entire work surface. Even wiping down the counter and not just dusting the crumbs off. She then changed gloves and laid down a giant piece of paper to operate as a barrier and give her plenty of space to make our sandwiches. She used a new knife and pulled the ingredients from another area. I was so very pleased with our service, and the food was delicious!
She addressed my son instead of me which he really appreciated. When he gave his order she explained she couldn't toast his bread and detailed why. This satisfied his disappointment. Best service I've found in Highlands county for a fast food joint. It was way more than I ever expected to pay for two sandwiches, chips, soda, and a cookie, but with service and peace of mind like that it was worth it!

Tell them you are Celiac. They will change gloves, clean machines and make them separately. They do add $1.50 for bread (Udi’s) They use a separate knife and all breads are pre-wrapped.
