Great experience at this Jersey Mike’s. They will change their gloves, clean the slicer and take every precaution possible to make it a safe as possible for us. Highly recommend this location.
Gluten free bread and cookies available. Asked if the gluten free bread was for preference or allergy and changed their gloves without asking after I indicated allergy. Everyone behind the counter was very friendly and seemed well-educated about the gluten free protocol.

They are super great about cross contamination. They change gloves and wipe down everything they use with a clean rag before getting any of the ingredients out. They use new trays and knives. They don’t automatically do it, but if you ask, they will use vegetables/toppings from new containers. I eat here regularly and haven’t gotten sick from it. They have chip options that are gf, as well as a pre packaged snickerdoodle cookie. The gf bread is a little bit on the dry side, but still good!
I can’t say enough good things about them. I know some Jersey Mike’s aren’t the safest, but they’re incredibly diligent about safety here. They prepare my sandwich in a separate area, completely apart from the gluten containing sandwiches and bread. The managers are always very knowledgeable about gluten and gluten free. I always get the Philly cheesesteak!
Fantastic measures to prevent cross-contamination.
Sometimes I have a reaction, sometimes I don't. More often than not they aren't careful enough with orders so I get sick. I did last night despite indicating gluten allergy etc. Don't recommend unless you can physically be in the store to watch and make sure no cross contamination
Jersey Mike’s is a life saver for my family. Easy and safe meal while traveling or when we need a grab and go. I also buy their gf bread (I think it’s $3.50) to make my kiddo subs for school lunch. Every one we’ve been to takes GF seriously and are happy to accommodate.
