This location has gone above and beyond every time I go there. Not sure about the other review, but they prepared mine on a clean sheet of paper, change gloves, use separate knives, and they got my toppings out from another fridge. I’m not celiac however if you are concerned about cross contamination you probably should just make your own food in general and not eat out 🤷♀️ Its just not possible for a restaurant that serves regular food to guarantee there is no cross contamination. If you have gluten sensitivity you should be just fine here. They also sell gf Udi snickerdoodle cookies now too!
