They offer udis gluten free buns and udis gluten free cookies. I got the gluten free veggie sandwich & I did not get sick. They wash all counter tops and change gloves and clean utensils (have a dedicated gf knife to cut bread) before handling gluten free food
Most sandwiches can be made gluten free

The best gf sub place that I’ve found! The staff is super sweet and always makes sure to thoroughly clean their equipment before making my sub. I’ve eaten here many times and have never had any problems!

We have ordered gluten free subs on three different occasions, and every time has been fantastic! They use Udi’s gluten free bread for their subs,in regular (6 inch) and giant (easily twice the size of the regular). You can also order your sub in a tub if you want to skip the bread. They also offer bagged chips and Udi’s gluten free Snickerdoodle cookies! You don’t need to skip a single course here! Love it!

This was our 2nd visit to a Jersey Mike’s for their GF subs & regular subs too! We previously visited the E. Lansing location & safely enjoyed our Super Bowl subs, so we were excited to try a few more subs. This visit was another success! We all loved our subs (GF & reg) & the manager Brendan was beyond Amazing! Their customer service was just as great as the food! We’ll definitely be back!

my seven year old with Celiac loves the gluten free sub here. The workers clean everything before starting, use gf designated knives and change gloves before making the sandwhich.

$2.50 extra for gluten-free bread. Sandwiches are good. They were pretty good with precautions. Still, if I were super sensitive, I’d be worried about the amount of wheat flour crumbs floating around.

Service took a while. I ordered ahead of time even. I waited around 15 minutes once I arrived and was told it would take longer because of my allergy. Overall bread was hard and fell apart while eating it.

I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to get a gf sub. They asked allergy or preference, wiped down the counter, put down paper, used a clean knife, changed gloves, and were cool about grabbing toppings from the back. They even moved the sandwich to fresh paper at the end of the line instead of wrapping in the paper that had sat on crumbs. Altogether I was impressed! At most locations I have to correct things as I go down the line, but the two staff who interacted with me here seemed very well trained on gf protocols.

They ask if you have an allergy or preference when it comes to the gluten free bread. After stating I have an allergy they cleaned the slicer, the counter, and all of the staff switched gloves. A new employee had accidentally used the mayo knife so they gave me new bread and then they use the squeeze bottle of mayo to prevent cross contamination. Everyone was very friendly, understanding, and aware of how to handle my allergy.

Amazing processes and protocols for safe handling of gluten free sandwiches to avoid cross contact. They explained their protocol to me without me prompting or asking any leading questions, showing me that know how to prevent cross contact.
