The staff was really kind and changed gloves and used a designated tray and knife for the gluten free bread. Seemed to be knowledgeable about cross contamination. I didn’t add any lettuce, just stuck with roast beef and provolone. Would have given five stars but the bread was a bit dry (as is common with gluten free bread). Had a slight reaction later to it but I am very sensitive to gluten.
