Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

I’ve eaten at this location four times now. They are willing to stop and wipe down all the equipment and prepare the sandwich on paper so it doesn’t touch the counter top. They’ll change gloves and use different knives. Also- they are preparing the food in front of you- so it makes it easy to confirm the practices are what you need.
