Told them I had a gluten allergy and they did a complete reset of all equipment on the prep station. They reset the meat slicer with new blades, completely cleaned, laid out new protection paper on the prep station. Great experience!

Have been very mindful of cleaning the equipment and preparing our sandwiches. My wife is extremely sensitive and we are yet to have any symptoms. I feel pretty confident when we order from here

Once they knew that I had an allergy, they made my sandwich in the back on a separate surface with a clean slicer and utensils. I have had no problem at this or any other Jersey Mike's locations.
As do most locations, they are very careful about cross contamination. They use a new knife and a separate preparation surface. When I order a sandwich with meats, they typically clean the slicer. I've never had a problem at this, or any, Jersey Mike's location.
This is one of my go-to spots here in CR. They always change gloves, clean the machines and use a separate tray and knife. I’ve even ordered online and felt completely safe. I’m very symptomatic.
