I ordered an original Italian sub. I got the oil and vinegar and the pepper relish on the side. I ordered a head. When I arrived they were expecting me and knew that my order was gluten free. The contents of the sub were the same as any other sub. The large sub roll was an udi. The contents were delicious. And the sub could have benefited from toasting which I did when I got home. It was great fun to go out and order a sub and be able to bring it home and eat it. My wife and I had a lot of fun. I did not get sick.

Staff was amazing! They wiped down equipment, used paper sheets for protection and they have a dedicated GF knife! They even used a squeeze bottle of mayo instead the tub. At one point the employee accidentally touched a surface and immediately changed his gloves yet again. Seriously impressed.

I’ve eaten here several times. I’ve always ordered over the phone for pick up and each time the person helping me has been very knowledgeable about their food and cross contamination. All of their ingredients (except the regular bread) are GF. They have a GF bun which is so-so. It’s a little on the dry side but I haven’t met a GF bun that tastes much better :)

Love that I can have a safe gf sub when others from work order here.
The filling to gluten free ratio is off. You have to get double meat and triple sauce at least and even then you will be throwing bread away. Very good otherwise

Once I told the employee that we needed gluten free buns he hit out a basin of hot soapy water and cleaned the counters, slicer and prep area. I felt very safe.
