Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

Staff was incompetent. They were insulted when I question their cross-contamination habits. Person slicing turkey handled bread before slicing turkey, proceeded to tell me they only change gloves when they touch the gluten-free bread. Manager proceeded to speak very loudly, 3 times they cannot guarantee 100% gluten-free. That “everything in there has touched gluten”!! Was glutenized!! Not accommodating even for gluten intolerant. Celiac’s beware!
