Been to the Wilma Rudolph location a couple of times now. The first time, the person preparing our sandwiches was very careful and I suffered no effects. The second time, a different person prepared our sandwiches and was somewhat less careful, but I only had very mild effects. I am extremely sensitive, and this is the first sandwich shop I've been able to visit in many years.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

The staff didn’t seem very friendly (kind of annoyed to have to handle GF), but did do a very good job making sure everything was cleaned, hands washed, gloves changed, etc. I would go back to this location, but would recommend they be a little friendlier towards food allergy folks.

I had a great experience here today! I ordered a gluten free chicken sub and watched the employee change his gloves, use a separate prep area, and get ingredients from a separate area so that I could eat safely!

Have been told they don’t do gluten free in the back on a separate slicer/ prep area. Cross contamination nightmare.

They take good care of us and follow protocols. The slicer and counter get wiped down, gloves are changed, and they use a clean knife and butcher paper to prepare our food.
