The staff was very nice and changed their gloves, wiped down the prep area and got a fresh knife etc, but unfortunately I still got sick even just having the sub in a bowl. The risk of cross here seems pretty high.
I ordered from here for the first time recently. I didn’t want the gluten free bread so asked for lettuce wrap. I was told they have that type of lettuce but could make a bowl instead. I was asked what additional I might want in my bowl for the selection I requested. I was told they prepare it in the back to make sure there is no cross contamination. I was impressed and enjoyed my Big Kahn Chicken bowl!

The staff was awesome! Greeted us when we came in and were super knowledgeable about celiac and their allergy protocols. When they were making our food i could hear them talking about extra careful cleaning and changing gloves. Made me feel so safe! Love this place and my sub was great too.

I got sick almost immediately after eating here. I told them it was an allergy and they used gloves and gluten free bread but something else didn’t click
Did an excellent job of preparing my sandwich to avoid cross contamination!
Hit or miss on CC. They clean the slicer when you ask for GF. They use a separate knife and cutting board for the GF bread. But sometimes will use the same toppings from the regular subs so use their hands for lettuce from the same tub that others used while making regular subs.
Went twice, small gluten reaction the second time from CC.
Food was delicious.
