Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

They have a separate meat cutter and area to prep the sandwich. The bread is sealed until ready for use and they will get fresh topping out of the fridge. I went during a slow time, not sure how safe I’d feel during a busy time if I couldn’t watch them carefully. They did a great job keeping my sandwich separate and I didn’t get sick.
