Great service, fast and friendly. Offered wipe down of counter for my GF sandwich. Excellent sandwich
I have eaten here a few times now. Each time the employee is patient and wipes down the machines and counter to help with cross contamination. Never gotten sick after. Really appreciate that they took the time and didn’t make me feel guilty for the line forming behind me. They use Udis rolls too.
I’ve eaten at Jersey Mikes several times without any issues. You do have to clarify that it is an allergy after you ask for the gluten free bread. Once you do they’ll wash hands, wipe everything down, and prep it in a separate location.

My partner is GF for her arthritis. I swear her sub looked better than mine. The GF bread is pretty fluffy and holds together well. We'll definitely be back when we need to grab a quick meal.
I'm not Celiac and they are new to carrying Udi's gluten free subs roll and the manager walked the worker through the process. I have always loved Jersey Mike's and was excited to find they now have gluten free subs $2 extra. I was impressed by the bread and the care that they took to keep from cross contaminating. The manager said this was new so as you watch them make your sandwich speak up if you see a problem. For right now until they are better trained, I would say not Celiac friendly.

We’ve had sandwiches here and they did great! New gloves, prepackaged GF bread and separate counter for prepping GF allergy subs.
Great protocols here - asked if allergy and prepared separately. Lovely staff. Delicious!
They cleaned the surfaces for us before food prep as soon as we told them of our gf necessity
We stopped in while driving through the area and the gentlemen who worked there couldn’t have been nicer. I explained my gf needs and they made my sandwich in the back, away from the line. When he brought the wrapped sandwich up front, he accidentally placed the bag on some crumbs on the counter. I indicated let him know I couldn’t touch that package (yes I’m that sensitive) and he quickly changed his gloves, carefully opened the bag from the top and pulled the sandwich out and transferred it to a clean bag on a clean counter. I totally appreciated that! He understood, apologized, and fixed the issue. And the turkey sandwich was great!
I had no idea that Jersey Mikes did GF sandwiches. Went in with my daughter and they were great. Used a separate knife for cutting the sandwich and were very careful when making it. It was delicious!! Just like I remember before celiac. No issues whatsoever, and I am VERY sensitive to any cross contamination.
