The food is amazing and staff seem somewhat knowledgeable about gluten.

I was told that most items are gf unless it has wheat ingredients - pita, tabouli, kibbeh .

Beware: The falafel is in a shared frier with the kibbeh. I actually ate this before I knew (the woman who works here didn’t tell me :( ) it didn’t give me any reaction though!
